OPPORTUNITY SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER / HEALTHCARE

Office Location: Alexandria, VA

Our Alexandria office now has an opening for a senior level Project Manager with a portfolio of work in Healthcare Facilities.
The successful candidate will grow and solidify our presence in the Healthcare sector.

Responsibilities include:

• Identify and pursue Healthcare projects that meet the company’s objectives.
• Develop a winning strategy for Healthcare proposals and presentations.
• Identify, develop, build and maintain relationships with clients, architects and consultants in the Healthcare sector.
• Lead bid team for estimates and bids.
• Build stable and reliable base of subcontractors and vendors.
• Act as project lead project from bid phase through close-out
• Mentor and train staff in Healthcare projects

Requirements:

• B.S. in Engineering , Construction Management or  Architecture
• At least 7 years’ experience managing Healthcare construction projects.
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate business opportunities and develop winning strategies to secure new and repeat business
• Established base of Healthcare Industry clients and consultant contacts.
• Ability to present a professional image at all times.
• Strong working knowledge of Healthcare construction contracts.
