OPPORTUNITY SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Office Location: Washington, DC / Alexandria, VA

The successful candidate will be responsible for securing, estimating and managing commercial interior construction projects in conjunction with rand*’s current team. A minimum of 8 years’ experience in construction project management is required with at least 4 years specializing in commercial interiors. Excellent tenure at a reputable firm is also required

Responsibilities include:

Business Development:

• Develop and track leads on upcoming projects
• Develop existing and create new relationships
• Work with Marketing Department to create Pre-qualification packages

Pre-Construction:

• Work with Estimating Department to develop and oversee conceptual estimates, budgets and bids
• Attend Pre-bid walk thru’s
• Create approved subcontractor bid list
• Prepare project team for project interview

Construction:

• Lead project team throughout construction as primary point of contact with clients.
• Ensure that all objectives and milestones are met
• Financial Responsibility for entire project
