“…rand’s Superintendent handled the work with real ownership. He worked with our vendors and technical staff to solve most of our coordination issues in the field, without delay, and without new engineering expense. It was clear that the superintendent cared about our project and our business…” |
rand* construction corporation has been an active member of the USGBC (United States Green Building Council) since 2001 and currently has LEED accredited team members both in Preconstruction Services and Construction Project Management. rand* construction participated in numerous pilot projects, during USGBC’s development of the LEED CI (Commercial Interiors) project criteria. The principal goals and philosophies of LEED projects have become part of rand* construction’s approach to construction, which we term “Best Practices.” These projects utilize Waste Management Plans, Indoor Air Quality Plans during construction, the introduction of low VOC products where permissible, and subcontractor education.
