Client Testimonials

“rand* worked hand-in-hand with our design and engineering team…they brought things to the table that none of us had considered. Our final pricing really showed the value of those new ideas…rand* found ways for us to afford and include things we thought we couldn’t...”

LEED

rand* construction corporation has been an active member of the USGBC (United States Green Building Council) since 2001 and currently has LEED accredited team members both in Preconstruction Services and Construction Project Management. rand* construction participated in numerous pilot projects, during USGBC’s development of the LEED CI (Commercial Interiors) project criteria.
