rand* construction corporation , one of Washington DC's most prestigious General Contractors, now seeks a senior level, Director of Construction to head our new Dallas/Houston office. The successful candidate will grow and solidify our presence in the Dallas/Houston area. The Director will also manage all accounts and oversee all projects, maintain existing and cultivate new client relationships through business development, establish and monitor local office goals and objectives, monitor financial documentation for the local office, hire qualified staff and interface with main office in Washington.
Qualifications to include:
- 10 years' experience managing large commercial projects in the Dallas/ Houston area with a qualified general contractor
Excellent tenure with previous firms
Proven track record of client satisfaction and project profitability
Ability to coach , mentor and retain employees
Client following that will translate into future business
