Directors

Pre-Construction Directors are responsible for overall project budgeting, purchasing and assembly strategy. During the pre-construction period, Directors manage the efforts of the rand* team to fully identify and capture the elements of the project through costing and logistics models. Planning at this stage focuses on the most efficient methods to purchase and produce the work in a “fast-track” approach. Our Pre-Construction Directors actively lead team members in Subcontractor pre-qualification, material lead-time analyses, design constructability and value engineering.
