During the construction of a project the leadership roles on the team may shift from the preconstruction focused leaders to the more production focused team members. However the roles of team members are never eliminated, they are reduced as the needs for the project change. Rand* construction’s team members take and share the lead of the project with other members of the team based on expertise, background, and effectiveness at any point in the project. Our team members recognize that in order to resolve issues it is necessary to openly discuss multiple points of view and allow the resolution of issues   to be handled by the most appropriate person. When tasked with the resolution of an issue the rand* team members are given all means necessary to establish a successful outcome to any project issue.

The background of rand* personnel makes the team members especially effective at resolving issues during construction. Rand* has on staff licensed architects, engineers, and construction professionals with years of trade backgrounds in everything from drywall to electrical. Rand* has instant access to the latest information regarding means and methods, new products and techniques, and material resources. Rand* does not provide questions without at least one suggested resolution method, and often as many as three options for resolving conflicts. These options form the basis for team discussion and occasionally the springboard to new resolutions based on the shared goals of the group. Open communication continues throughout the project during weekly meetings, regular schedule and delivery updates, field visits, submittal review sessions, and other coordination sessions.
